Bowerstone Old Quarter door

I rebuilt bowerstone old quarter when i was king. Now i was starting a quest that required me to fetch an item. The glowing trail led me to bowerstone old quarter, up on the bridge passed huge gate like doors. the doors are locked and i can't figure a way to open them, any suggestions?

I know what you're talking about. It's on a bridge right? I could be wrong but I believe that a DLC entrance. Not sure if its the understone DLC or future DLC. I may be wrong.
