ive passed the arena and cant find it in shops! it there any specific area to look for traders with it (i only need the chestpiece)

BRIGHT plate, not plate. although i think the arena merchant (i can't say merchant without thinking RE4 now) has bright plate.

totaly off topic but if you've ever played RE4...
