Well i found the yokel (Farmer) hat at the oakfield clothing stall but i still cant find a strumpet skirt, i think wandering traders sell them.

You can find the skirt in Bowerstone Market sometimes but you'll almost definitely find it in Bloodstone (seeing as the place is full of hookers anyway) or sometimes Westcliff.

Sweet it turns out the strumpet skirt is in fact a tart skirt which can be purchased at bloodstone tailor.

Whatever you do, do not buy the stuff before you talk to the door. I did and the door asked me to get other random clothing items. Such as a corset, noble gent pants and a bandit mask

ok im sorry to say but i had to register to tell eveyone to plss off!!! (no offence) I went to that stupid demon door and he asked me for a Mullet, Handlebar mustache, posh pants, posh shirt and a bandits hat.!!
SO wtf is all this talk about all the other stuff which i already had!!! -cries-
just wanted everyone to know that the demon might be different for everyone.. id go
there first before listening to anyone else.. lol like i did

From my experience, you can carry the required clothing as long as you are not wearing any of it. He also asks me for a posh shirt, which seems to be a noble shirt if you're already wearing a corset.. If you are wearing anything in the equation that he requests he seems to switch around the whole equation.
