ok ive busted out every window in that place cant see the little bastard. im standing in a room with 8 big windows and half a wooden floor where is it ? its the last one i need

I'm sorry but I'm in the same situation ninjagecko was, I've shot out the windows and I still can't see him. Any specifics you can help me with would be gratefully appreciated.

u have to buy the tower then a ladder appears go up ladder look left
