Apparantly you can get this from Knothole island hair stylist. So far I've had no luck. So would anyone be willing to trade for it. I as hoping to trade for gold but I can trade leg weapons as well if need be.

Just be patient.
Keep sleeping for 7 days in the bed in back of the house, you'll get it eventually.

I have used the Leathery Tan and Java brown clothing dyes to get brown hair, if that's what you are after. Compost Brown gives you a lighter brown.
