Buried Treasure!

If anyone knows where the Treasure is then...can you please tell me? If you don't want to tell me then...I hate you, but people who do...

Welcome to the forums!

The treasure is buried in Orchard farm, next to a barn and a haystack!

I'm sure Sephiroxas will be here shortly, with screenshots! :P

There really isn't any point to dig it up without having all the clues first - it becomes weaker depending on how far you are from having all clues.

If you run and dig it up at once without any clue it is worthless.

That being said, it is
between the building and a stack of hay whish is near one of the lamps hanging from one of the "pillars" near the barn. Area: Orchard Farm

There are 6 treasure clues in the game:
1) A chest in western part of Orchard Farm;
2) Reward for completing the Bounty Hunt quest;
3) Reward for completing the Lost Trader quest;
4) Reward for winning the Archery Competition in Knothole Glade;
5) A chest near the windmill in Windmill Hill;
6) Reward for completing the Assassin Attacks quest.

Awwww my memory failed be, it was not there I thought it was, but atleast the lamp was indeed closeby.

Quickly before thread is abandoned - the option to dig won't automatically appear like it does when you stand near certain graves, for example, so you have to manually select the little spade icon to get the treasure. Enjoy!

It's only coz I spent, like, forever cursing the game, the Xbox and Steve's dog because I couldn't dig up the treasure until I worked out you had to do it by yourself....

I think you have to get at least one clue before it will even show up. There's one in orchard farm so it's not hard.

Q: How many treasure clues are there?
A: There are 6 treasure clues in all.

Treasure clue 5: This is in Orchard Farm, in the left side area. Open the chest
to find the clue.

Treasure clue 2: Finish the "Lost Trader" quest*

Treasure clue 4: Complete the Knothole Glade archery competition

Treasure clue 6: Find at Windmill Hill

Treasure clue 1: Complete the "Bounty Hunt" quest*

*These quests you will find at the Heroes Guild throughout the game

To get the last clue, you need to do the Assassin Attacks quest. After doing the
"White Balverine" and "Break the siege" quests you will be told by the
Guildmaster that assassins are after you. You will find them at Knothole Glade,
Witchwood Cullis Gate (Focus Site, big rock coming out of the ground), Windmill
Hill, the Prison Path, and Hook Coast. Kill them all, and the last one you kill
will drop the Treasure Clue 3.
