Button's and text is not right?

Hello, do you know why this happends? I know it's something with Windows, because it happends with other things.. (Like Fable Explorer)

And in Fable Explorer the buttons above the values and those stuff. On one button it says something like Apply Changes when i change my damage. The button is half, the other buttons to.

Do you know how to fix this? ._.

And yes, i know it's not the program.
And i know it's not about Fable but, i want to know if anyoe had this. Or anyone know how to fix it!

Try changing your screen resolution maybe. Can`t think of anything else that might help, thought I think that won`t help either.

What Resolution do you have?

I have no idea, I doubt it works really. My resolution is 1280x1024

Thought it might have actually been something in Fable Explorer, do you have any image issues or any problems like that elsewhere?

Yeah, i did tell you. I think i only have get it on programs coded in VB6. Like the Trainer up there. Another Trainer (ShopThing) and Fable Explorer, i think i also did get in in Albino Explorer when i did try to launch it. (I will never launch it again. It did destroy my sound on Fable. Sounded like crap. )

tried minimizing the window and bringing it back up again?
