I did a dumb thing and accidentaly sold my knothole Knight Leggings and Boots before the ten year time skip. Im wondering if anyone knows a way to get them back, the vendor i sold them too poofed.

I'm not sure you can. I think the only thing you can do now is, aside from restarting your game, to trade someone else for theirs. You should probably post in the Fable II Item Trading forum if you're going to go down that path.
