Buying Feign Attack Book for Red Dragon

I need the Feign Attack expression for The Completionist achievement but i botched the Hero's Tale thing and the stupid chest won't open.

I'm trading the Red Dragon, 5 million gold, a Lucien doll, or any other Legendary Weapon i have ( I have the Wreckager, but not the Rammer).

Edit: I didn't realize i didn't need feign attack to receive the achievement. Never mind .

what can i do for you to get your red dragon pistol?
im trying on the feign attack thing now but if i cant is there anything else ive spent 5 hours after that thing =P
