how do you get the opportunity to buy additional houses beside the one that is usually available in most towns? and how do you buy shops? when you buy a shop do you get money from items people purchase? do you get the opportunity to actually run the shop? ive heard some things floating around that suggest you simply need to kill the people who own these properties to be able to buy them. please help me out here.:'(
