Alright, I have a new and much easier offer. I managed to get the potion on another one of my characters. I'll give the 2 million and dolls to whoever simply stands in Fairfax Tombs, lets me hand them the potion, waits while i get on my other character and then hands it to me.

EDIT: nevermind... GT skittlesyumyum helped me out. Problem resolved.
