The Wreckager is a non-tradeable legendary weapon though.

Actually, I think that The Wreckager is tradeable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I though it was just Hal's Armour & Sword that could not be traded?

I think that now, the only place would really be eBay, which isn't always reliable. You could check a local games store and see if they have any spare.
