C&C 3 Tiberium Wars Map Editor Released

EA have just released the tools needed to create multiplayer and skirmish maps in Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars. Coming in the form of a 7.7MB download the C&C Worldbuilder comes with a 100-page instruction manual to help both new and experienced modders get up to scratch with the new tools and should be of great help to people.

When asked why it didnt come with the game EA said this:

We made various changes to previous versions of Worldbuilder during development of Command & Conquer 3, which needed to be documented.

Furthermore, references to previous projects and old functionality needed to be removed both from the software and the documentation. As a result, we wished to take extra time to best prepare Worldbuilder for its intended audience
