Can Anyone Help Me With Some Achievements?

It'd be great if someone could help me with the following:

The Party Animal
The Ruler Of Albion
The Hoarder
The Completionist
The Dollcatcher
The Philanthopist (I'll send the gift)

I know it's a lot but I need help. I'm on Live right now.

I would also like the Red Dragon.
I can pay cash for anyone who helps me.

Puny Carrots:Have a 2star economy and then go to the produce store and they should be there.Tip:Easy way to get a low star economy:Just put the rent/prices on half of the properties up to about half way,if not fully,then you should have a low star economy.

Murgo's Big Book of Trading:There's one or two in the Bowerstone Bookstore and there's one in a dig spot near the exit from Bowerstone to Bowerlake.
