Can Anyone Help Me With Some Achievements?

I made a previous thread, but I went away for a while and couldn't use the hepl people offered

Anyway I need help with:

The Property Magnate
The Hoarder
The Completionist
The Dollcatcher

I also would very much like the Red Dragon.

Will pay in cash, weapons or food. Also have a couple of Potions of Life.

The Ruler of Albion Achievement.. Not many people would be willing to spend 2.5M so you can get an Achievement. ^_^

Yeah. I did them before but as I joined Live I had to make a new account which ment bye bye my 12,000G. Cba to do them all again. And I can't get the Party Animal for some reason. Weird.
