before you beat the game there is a lady and this lady is there and a black ghost comes and he makes one of you old dose it make you old if you chose to save her i chose her

I'm pretty sure it does make you old, but not sure, because I never chose myself, even on my good chararcter, didn't want to look like an ugly old fart.

if you keep the seal, you get old. if you give the seal to her, she gets old and you are spared.

i kept the seal but all that happened was my hair dyed white and my eyes glowed a little...i just looked more badass

I didn't get old, just got white hair and glowing red eyes... thats when I turned evil
having the bandit bandana on with eyes that light up in dark is bad ass!

You CAN get old, but you can reverse it by donating gold to the Temple of Light.
