The outfits that Skorms Disicples wear? like in game is it possible? or would ya have to mod stuff?

No i don't thinks so... The closest you can get would be dark villager outfit.

I believe their clothes are the same as the apprentice outfit. So it would be a matter of finding the correct textures, and replace the apprentice textures with them.
