Can't Fast Travel to Aurora?

So, I'm King. I haven't completed all the king duties (saving up property empire).

I thought I'd go and take on some desert Ninjas (or whatever they're called) - I'm looking to get some guild seals. but I can't go to aurora!?

When is fast travel available?

You can't travel to Aurora until you have judged Logan and began the 'judgement' quests. Sometime after you start 'judging' you can return, but not before you have judged Logan

Yeah Judged Logan! I did the first 'day' as king, and then saw the countdown dropped by like 100 days. So have stopped doing Kingly duties and just getting guild seals and making money!

The countdown drops in set intervals. To go to Aurora you have to

decide whether or not to make Aurora a part of Albion immediately or mine them for resources (decide to break or keep promise to Kalin).
