can't find it

can some one please give me a link to a site where i can download albion explorer? ive tried that Fable TLC PC Mods! thing but it doesn't work. and neither do any of the other ones ive found

Its on fable tlc mod spot at the top it says wikki at the far right hand side at the top of the page. Click that, then go to the far left side of the page and hit utilitys. Wam, AE! Hope i helped
