Cant get beard? Possibly a glitch?

Ok so after I finshed with the Brightwood Demon Door I went to get my old look back....But I cant seem to get my beard (The Poets beard)...Back on my face...

I bought it from the Bowerstone Market hairstlyest but it wouldnt appear on my characters face...

Could this be a glitch or can I do something else to get it back?

No it doesent...The name is highligted blue in the buying screen... But it wont appear

Try clearing your facial hair and then buying it again.

Nope still nothing...In fact none of the beards or facial hair appear...

Did you try buying from another stylist?

Yea i've been to Bloodstone and Knothole Island....None of them work

this happened to me when i tryed to remove makeup from my character, i would keep the poet beard on, then save and turn off and on the xbox - that worked for me.
