cant leave bowerstone!! wtf

ok well my charcater is saved in bowerstone town center...and when i try to walk some where or use the regeion quick walk...it comes to the loading screen then gos to a black screen like it freezez...but it doesnt do this for any of my other accounts...can anyone help?>

your charater profile is buged there is nothing you can do.mayby there will be a download to fix these problems.
