Can't use spells nor weapons~ >_>

So i had this bug twice.. once it fixed itself... didn't lionhead test this game out before they shipped it? i don't want to start all over because i just reached Bowerstone.. i spendt alot of time doing all quests/getting seals before bowerstone

Anyone had this stuff happen to you aswell?

i just had to restart because i was stuck in a gap i couldn't get out...
the only good thing from this will be that i get to re-morph my sword to not look like a bone cutlass.
