Cant work out how to get to treasure chest....

when you come through the tunnel/shortcut from mourningwood to bowerstone industrial you can see the chest up on the wall after you turn the corner (its straight in front of you) I think its on some level on the outside of the building that has the child larbourers in it. at the back of the building.

Does anyone know how to get to it please?
