Cemetery Gate in Fairfax

When coming out of castle fairfax there is a cemetery on the left that is gated, How do you open that door?

I cant remember exactly but I think it was either the archaeologists quest that opened it or finishing some other quest around that area.

buy castle, then do quest, you actualy come out of the cemetary not go in it

p.s. look around for treasure
