Changing codes of Henchmen

How do I change the maximum followers of henchmen/mercenaries/bodyguards? It's only two. That's not enough!
I already know how to load FMPs, I work with FE, AE, and CBox, so no introduction is needed, just one question awaiting a straightforward answer, please.

Don't know if I've seen anyone take it over 2, couple of people here that are far more knowledgeable on it than me however.
