Character Freeze After Crucible

My character has frozen a few times after I have completed the Crucible and I saved the game so I wouldn't lose $ or EXP but when I try to warp to a new quest/job my character is still frozen??? WTF???

This is, yes in the wrong help section. And I just had that same problem with my character:
