I can get it to you in exchange for a favor. I have it on a character I no longer use. In exchange I want to trade you some things from a Hero that has encountered a "stuck in scene" glitch and have you trade them back to my working Hero a few minutes later.
If you can do that for me, which will take nothing but a few minutes of your time, I can surely give you the hat.

If nobody else can do it then I'll have to wait. The offer stands first come first serve I guess. If someone else does it then I'll get you a hat anyway on another file- it's not a problem.
