Choices which screw up achievements?

Right now I'm making a character which I'm going to try to get the leftover achievements on. I'm just wondering if there are any choices/quests which doing/not doing can make it so you can't get an achievement. I know that if you don't do the Dark Sanctum quests and you don't open up the mine in Aurora then you won't be able to get the legendary weapons there. Are there any other things like that which can make it so you can't get keys/books/gnomes?
