Cinematic and other bugs

Is anyone else experiencing Cinematic bugs? You kill a boss and you just kind of get a close up of them and nothing loads...? This is my second run of the game (going back for achieves and the opposite choices/gender) I've had this 3 or 4 times now, and you have to reset the console. Also how do I actually load saved games? when you go up to the mannequins there are only 2 buttons that are active, B and start and they just take me back to the game i was on.

I feel like this game was rushed to get it out on the shelves, it seems very buggy at the moment.
