Cinematics!!
This thread is to see everyone's opinion on the matter of no more cinematics/cut scenes anymore, maybe this should be in the Gaming discussion but Fable II is one of the games that got rid of previous cinematics/cutscenes.
Personally I believe cinematics/cut scenes should remain, because imagine the scene in Halo 3 where,
and put it in the Fable II engine or whatever when you just stand around watching, where would all that emotion be??? (that was one of the best cinematics I have ever seen, because of the emotion thrown at you at that particular moment)
I think when,
If it was put in a cinematic/cutscene it would have been so much better and more sad (wait, is that even proper grammar?)
The best use of Cinematics is Crysis, and Halo 3, where it is in game and you can pause and skip the scene.
The worst use of no cinematics is Assassins Creed, I mean, seriously, do I have to listen to Al Mualim over and over again every time I want to play Assassins Creed for another time?
Please post comments, I'd love to know what you all think....
