City Improvements

Hey everybody,

Here's my "problem":

I would like to know if any of you know how to improve the cities apart from
redecorating with better furniture. I finished the game and bowerstone looks even worse than at the beginning of the story.I got the temple of light to improve a bit but that's it.
To summarize, I would like to know if there is another way of getting a better city apart from spending in the city and redecorating houses.

Well, you could give Barnum 5k as part of a quest to improve Westcliff from a camp to a thriving town, give warrants to the guard as a child to improve Old Town, and either assist or not the assault on the Temple of Light before you head off to the Tattered Spire the first time (this either reduces the Temple of Light to rubble or they expand).
