Clothing = Armor?

As was wondering, does the clothings provide armor as in the first Fable?
I don't anywhere if there is :O

I'm guessing you mean "does clothing give you an armor rating" and the answer to that is "no; not that i'm aware of"

It's just for looks, the only thing that matters in this game is strength, skill, will, and weapons.

Peter Molyneux has officially stated that he wanted to put the "Armour rating" feature out of the game. He didn't like the fact that most people wear the same just because of the stats. Now it's nothing but the looks, attractiveness and evilness.
