Cloths?

For some reason there are ALOT of clothes I just can't seem to find, particularly the Explorers Coat, can anybody tell me where it is?

There rare, just wander around hoping that a trader will have them along the roads, currently I only have 2 peices, and i'm also trying to get the full highwayman set aswell.
Just keep trying!

I don't know if it helps or not, but I was able to get the full Highwayman Set at Westcliff in the room before the Crucible. I'm not sure if the stock is static though.
