co op bug

Anyone else experience this?

I tried to join someones game and while it was saving and loading into their game it froze my xbox up...

So after I rebooted xbox and went back in game...all my stuff was gone.the inquistor sword tatoo.. all my chests in road to rule were closed although I had the skills still... when I went to sancuary I had tons of gifts including dyes and the inquistor sword and tatoos but they aren't showing up..

Is there someone I can report this too or something I can do to get my stuff back?

Co op is SERIOUSLY broken.. And I'm on a 8mbit dl/1.5mbit ul DSL

1) choppy voice chat due to overloaded servers. Workaround: use xbox live party to chat
2) SLOW zone load times 1-5 mins
3) game lag, crashes, lock ups and graphical glitches
4) possible loss of saved game and all progress
5) major issues connecting to other games

Is there any way to bring this to someones attention... such a big deal game its pretty lame to release content that can actually erase progress....

Is my only option to start over?
