Conscription

Their seems to be a heavy emphasis on political and moral choices in Fable 3 so i was wondering if the ability to enforce conscription during your war with Aurora would be present. If so would it be possible to conscript Heros? Are their enough surviving Heros to do that?

I can't figure out if a reasonable amount of Heros survived but their always seem to be will users around such as the Necromancer from the colloseum and the 'King of Mist Peak'. Are such will users Heros?

Re: Conscription

Well the necromancer was from around the time of fable tlc, so probably. I think the same would apply to the king of mist peak, a hero/villain from the tlc era who has hidden or been trapped for the last 550 years.

Re: Conscription

In Fable II there aren't any hero's besides the three hero's and the Hero of Bowerstone. I doubt that in Fable III there will be any hero's, due to the fact the Guild is long gone by a few centuries.

Will usage could be considerate heroic, however only after a specific training. Not much is known about the Necromancer or the "King of Mist Peak" they could be considerate hero's in some way, though they couldn't be because they are mostly villains. Even the most evil hero's did good action for the world. Jack of Blades himself even did good deeds too.

However, I bet there will be some options for us about the Albion-Aurora war. Especially on how the war should end or continue until one of the sides wins (leading to a complete massacre, in my opinion)

I agree with you about what makes a hero a Hero, so to speak, but i imagine peace can be brokered with Aurora or at least that complete conquest will not be the only option.

Starship troopers reference time!

Religion is ok but peace is not.

*Blasts with Marauder suit weapons*

Seriously though, I think that when you get washed up on aurora, the action you make there may affect whether you can peace or not. If you were good, the people will like you and you can make peace. If you were evil, its the other way around.

I believe we will see if such option will exist in Fable III. My hopes are such options will exist, however it sounds mostly the war will begin without the game asking for us to start it or not.

However, there's always a chance that the hero will be able to create peace within the two countries/kingdoms.

The war battle might begin before we become ruler of Albion. So we have to end the war - one way or the other ^_^

That's what Fable is all about, decisions. I'd hope that we will have the power to pick many, different decisions for the way that the Albion-Aurora war should end.

Re: Conscription

On the fable wikia entry of 'minions' it says they appear in Aurora and are led by 'Jack of clubs'. That's not a thing, is it?

There are many questionable things in the Fable Wikia (I have been doing some work there, occasionally) I wonder why they don't put reference links already.

I watched green zone recently and for a minute I thought they were being lead by one of Saddams Generals.
