Controller disconnecting - by getting hit or work.

I just bought Fable 3 and started playing. But everytime i get hit in a fight the controller get disconnected and I get the option meny displayed. When I click back, its just like nothing happenend, until I get hit again. It´s the same problem when I try to do a work. So it´s not just randomly disconnecting.
It´s so frustrating! Have anybody the same problem? What can I do to fix it?
Please... help me.

This is just a guess, but I reckon the vibration mechanism in your controller might be broken, or perhaps some nearby function is being affected whenever it engages.

Try turning it off and see what happens.
