So their has been a new release of Counter strike, for PC and Xbox, maybe PS3?

I have it on my xbox, I immediately regret it, Its not very good I think its the fact im playing it on a Console ad not a PC..

But have a look for yourself.

New things:
Graphics
Guns
Maps

Pretty much just a DLC to the whole Counter Strike franchise..

Yeah thats true, I think I had a dose of nostalgia when I saw it..

Especially when something doesn't need re-inventing. CS is still big in competitive play; the Source version never caught up, it was only meant to attract new audience to the franchise. Probably same with this one. People play it, get bored, then perhaps find out CS is still being played and stick to that.

It's not bad, there is around 36k people playing it on pc, me being one of them. Still there are more people playing 1.6 than any other CS. Can't beat the original!

Enjoyed the original a lot but didnt see why it needed to be released again when people still play the original. Why not just add an update for the new maps/weapons etc?
