Crackdown Update?

On March 7, 2007 producer Phil Wilson revealed that one of the planned features in the upcoming DLC for Crackdown is a "reset gangs" option that will allow people to play through the game with the bosses and gangs again. It will replace the current random crimes toggle option. There will also be some competitive game modes.

Sorta interesting eh? One question on my part: What does DLC mean? DownLoable Content? Will it most likely be free?

Yeah that means downloadable content and if all it does is add some more game modes etc id say it has a 99% chance of just being a free update. Interesting news none the less, although i have not got Xbox Live yet.

Shame on you Drakan! Get the free Silver Membership ASAP - while you may not play with other people, you can update your games and stuff...

And Crackdown already made 4 or 3 new Agents to download for free, so I am counting on this possible feature to be free aswell.

I would have had the gold a LONG time ago but its not a simple matter with me as i have to contact my broadband supplier to get me a new modem and also figure out how to configure my router properly before i can do anything.

Ah poo. Would've been cool if we could've played GoW or something once I got Gold. :'(

Crackdowns updates are free the ones they set up so far.. i heard they are gonna release packs for the game like oblivions horse pack, knights of the nine.. etc but might cost around 5 dollars worth of microsoft points

Well normally its quite big updates that cost money but id be interested to see what they were.

Well, as this would probably be seen more of a patch to the game rather than additional content (although as I said, they released the 4 new agents for free - so they started good! :thumbsup, so it will most likely be free. I mean, they put the thing that is usually not free, as free. :lol:
