Crazy music?

I need a piece of music that is flippant and crazy, and would fit well as a backing track to some hilarious, out of context quotes. Easy right? Well, here's the trick: It needs to be older than 50 years.

Oh and I've been slack about it so I need to by tomorrow.

Maybe something slower? The quotes I've got wouldn't really fit well into that, but it I can't find anything else, it will be ok. Thanks for your help anyway!!

How about some jazz? go for something like Count Bassie or Duke Ellington, it's got the funky element but maybe a bit calmer than Ragtime

EDIT; just had a thought, how about nina simone, sinnerman's long (9.50) but is a bit fast, or how about "Ain't got no, I got life"?
(As you can tell I'm really bored at work to day and would rather help you)

Well, they are more mellow than the ragtime, but that makes the less "jolly". I might use the Ragtime stuff.
