Create Morphs?

How do you create new Morphs?
Like say at a certain point of of evil, normally there wouldnt be a morph, but then you add like a new Mesh or something? Say I want like a competely evil dude to have spikes coming out of his arm...?

Okay so the answer i guess is yes. Because I've seen a color changing will robe. Now heres, a real question, in the same way the will robe was made to change color, is it possible to make the will lines change color? Like red- evil blue-good?
