With what creatures is the 6th round?
Try looking for the blue squares in the arena at several rounds, which help you killing enemies.
Rather someone tell me how to get a perfect round at the last round =p

To do the sixth round (bandits, I think, am I right) stay in the middle and use the buttons on the floor to know the people on the outside off, also make sure you watchout for the ledge on the right on the enterance cause somtimes the bandits wont fall off from there.
To Breat the troll use lvl 4/5 slow down just before you step on the white/yellow glowing object and then run up to the troll and use lvl 4/5 inferno (when all the glowing red things pop up, all of them apear at the start.)

I managed a 40 second round on number 6.
Use a high-powered pistol to head shot the guys who spawn on the outside rim of the room (and, obviously, head shot the other enemies who spawn in the middle.)
If you cast the occasional Raise Dead Level 1 you shouldn't ever even be attacked.
It's a shooting gallery, really.

I've just been running over to the platform they all stand on and kill them as they are "beamed" in.

stand on the pedals

i just used lv. 5 force push get perfect round in every one easily beside the troll...

Magic doesn't work (well) on trolls. Use your gun instead. Unless, as mentioned above, it's maxed out. I got 8 perfect rounds by doing the crucible in Co-Op with someone else.
