Where do you buy or find them (need them for shadow temple)

They give them to you actually. But the trader in the Gypsy camp sells one at a time...

When the guy at the entrance to the Temple of Shadow talks to you, he gives you (I think) ten on the spot. As always, press the right direction on the D-Pad to eat food stuffs.
