Crystalline Hammers

Just poking around, but are there any other crystalline hammers other than Lunarium Pounder and Farie Hammer of the Moon King?

No, those are the only ones, but you can get that morph on your Hero Hammer as well.

To add to what Necromancer said, I'll quote a section of the Hero Weapon page on the Fable wiki:

Crystal - greenish-blue crystal; hammerhead looks like there is still stone on it.
