Looks like a mix of prototype and some other games that I forgot the names.
It's awesome!!!
The armor looks like from Warhammer. The sword and guns Devil May Cry.

I wanna play that game!
There's nothing I love more then dragons, guns and sword...
and well... mounting things but that's another story.
Though he was on a horse but I don't mount those.
