Who would win? (Not really video game characetrs though.)
The way I see it is Deathstroke: More powerful, faster and stronger. Regenerates.
Deadpool: Slightly more skilled and could distract Deathstroke with annoying babble.

He's seen as more of a good guy as he's always wisecracking jokes and whatnot.

(You also forget that Deadpool is an immortal)
