Started trying for this achievement this evening, and I have had 0 luck so far, basically what I have been doing is getting 4 hookers on follow in Bloodstone, taking them to a bedroom, and sleeping with them consecutively (in a row). Am I doing something wrong, does my hot Hero man love not count- IS IT TOO SMALL!!!

You do it with them all at the same time. Try getting all 4 of them to the bedroom and for god's sake use a condom.

You been going to one of your own houses or to a tavern?
Maybe try different cities too... even though I doubt that would make a difference. Or yes, maybe its too small lol

Get more than 1 to follow you and use the bed as you normally would when one certain individual is pleasuring another ones genitalia.

Depends if you like that kind of thing ^_^.

Bloodstone and Westcliff are the ways to go. I prefer a bit of Alan myself but you may prefer Louisa if you wish. Just make sure there's more than one of them in the room with you and Voila. 5G.

You can honestly imagine Achievement Whores jumping off a cliff over 500 ft to get some gamerscore. What would they tell the doctors at the hospital?
