Its a yokel hat and a signiture skirt i think.

Or if its not a signiture skirt try a tart skirt

You need:

Dreadlocks

The Chops

Tart Skirt

Farmers Hat

Gentlemens Shirt

and any pair of Gloves and Boots. I used Pauper. But you have to have a peice of Cheese in your inventory.

mine changed as i went their because i already had the rest of it on so it all changed
