Demon door locations

I know where all of the demon doors from the first fable are but I don't know where they are in the extended part of it. after you beat Jack for the first time you get to go to a couple new areas. those are the ones I'm having troubles with.:(

If it has't bee updated, There is a demon door In the Darkwood bordellow in darkwood lake, There is a demon door at the lookout point that appears after you defeat jack for 1st time, and there is a demon door that is in the necropolis that take you silverkeys, ALL of your keys so open all the silver key chests first
