Demon Doors

Can someone help me out with how to open these buggers? :P...and mabey the location of a few more?

There is one in Fairfax gardens at the back, you need to have opened all other doors to open him. One in oakvale need to propose in front of him. One near entrance of howling halls you have to be corrupt(dont know how much corrupt sorry). One in bower lake, you need to do dog tricks.

um, how about you read the forums before posting questions... if you would have just looked around the FIRST PAGE before posting here you might find your answers.
