There seems to be dyes that people can't get per character;
For me, it the Gold one, have multiple copies of the others, but not gold...

Actually you can obtain all dyes per character..... If fairfax hasnt got some 5 star dyes just sleep for 2 months then they will restock on new ones.... Also there are many locations where 5 star dyes can be dug up .....
